Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Receptionist/ Physiotherapy Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional support within a healthcare environment, ensuring smooth operations and excellent patient care.
Duties
- Greet and assist patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, schedule appointments, and maintain patient records accurately.
- Coordinate communication between healthcare providers, patients, and administrative staff.
- Ensure the reception area is well-organized and welcoming for all visitors.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
- Assist with patient care activities as needed, ensuring compliance with healthcare protocols.
- Assistance to Physiotherapist.
Experience
- Previous experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is preferred.
- Knowledge of Universal Software.
- Proficiency in medical terminology to facilitate effective communication within the team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
