Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting visitors and clients
- Perform general office duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling mail
- Maintain office supplies and inventory
- Organize and maintain files and records
- Assist with clerical tasks such as data entry, photocopying, and faxing
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Coordinate meetings and events
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
- Manage front desk operations
Requirements:
- Must have good knowledge of accounting software"QuickBooks"
- Previous experience in a customer service or office administration role is preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365
- Knowledge of Microsoft Admin Center
- Knowledge of Computers, IT equipment, Networking and Cabling.
- Working knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Windows Server 2019 management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong proofreading skills for reviewing documents and correspondence
- Familiarity with QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks is a plus
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
