Marketing Specialist – 8Twelve Group of Companies
(Private Lending Arm, Mortgage Brokerage, and Asset Management Firm)
About the Role
8Twelve Group of Companies is seeking a Marketing Specialist to help design, build, and execute marketing campaigns that drive growth across three business lines — a private lending arm, a mortgage brokerage, and an asset management firm. Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing, you will be responsible for managing the full marketing cycle: from planning to execution, optimization, and reporting.
This role requires a hands-on executor who is comfortable rolling up their sleeves while also contributing to data-driven insights and campaign strategy.
Core Responsibilities
1. Campaign Planning & Execution
- Work with the Director of Marketing and BDMs to plan and launch multi-channel marketing campaigns tailored to each subsidiary.
- Manage email campaigns via Customer.io and Zoho Campaigns, create assets with Stripo and Canva, and run automation through Zoho Social and Zoho CRM.
- Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Facebook Ads, including setup, targeting, monitoring, and reporting.
2. Analysis & Optimization
- Monitor campaign performance across email, CRM, SEO, social, and paid ads.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to continuously improve ROI.
- Optimize campaigns through A/B testing (subject lines, creatives, ad copy, landing pages).
3. Strategy Support & Content Development
- Assist in building strategic marketing plans that align with business goals.
- Support the Director of Marketing with research, competitor benchmarking, and campaign roadmaps.
- Contribute to content creation (emails, landing pages, print material, and digital assets).
4. CRM & Automation Management
- Maintain and optimize workflows in Zoho CRM and custom CRMs for lead nurturing, segmentation, and campaign tracking.
- Ensure accurate data capture, tagging, and attribution for better reporting and targeting.
5. Event Management & Execution
- Plan and execute corporate events, trade shows, webinars, and in-office activations across all subsidiaries.
- Coordinate logistics, vendors, promotional materials, and event-day execution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure events are aligned with business goals and brand standards.
- Track performance and post-event outcomes for continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Skills
- 3–5 years of hands-on marketing experience with proven execution ability.
- Proficiency in Customer.io, Zoho Campaigns, Stripo, Canva, Zoho Social, Zoho CRM, and running Google & Facebook Ads campaigns.
- Strong foundation in SEO, keyword optimization, and campaign analytics.
- Experience managing multi-channel campaigns, including event management and execution.
- Ability to balance execution with strategic thinking — comfortable both “building” and “analyzing.”
- Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
