Overview
We are seeking a self-motivated, outgoing, and detail-oriented Part-Time Marketing Assistant for our Psychotherapy Clinic.
About Us
Authentic Living London is a psychotherapy clinic based in London, Ontario, offering both virtual and in-person therapy services. We began with a strong focus on grief and loss and have since expanded to support a wide range of mental health concerns including anxiety, trauma, depression, and relationship challenges. Our team combines professional expertise with lived experience, and we lead with compassion, curiosity, and a non-judgmental approach. In 2023, we launched the Authentic Living Institute to offer workshops and keynote speaking focused on grief and mental health. As we grow, we're looking for team members who are passionate about meaningful work and aligned with our values of authenticity, care, and connection.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is highly self-motivated, organized, and confident working independently, mostly from home. You should be skilled in website design and maintenance (Wix), and comfortable creating and managing social media content across multiple platforms. A key part of this role also involves in-person outreach—visiting local clinics and wellness providers to introduce our services and build relationships. We need someone who’s both tech-savvy and people-savvy: creative with digital content and confident engaging with professionals face-to-face. If you’re proactive, reliable, and excited to help grow a mission-driven brand, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Website Maintenance: Update and manage our Wix website, including layout, content, SEO optimization, and blog integration.
- Social Media Management: Create and schedule engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok and other relevant platforms; monitor performance and engagement.
- Community Outreach: Visit local clinics, wellness providers, and community spaces in person and by phone to promote our services and build referral relationships.
- Course Promotion: Collaborate with therapists to develop marketing materials and strategies for training programs.
- Speaking Engagement Coordination: Proactively reach out to organizations to secure speaking opportunities and manage logistics related to scheduling and promotion.
- Digital Marketing: Design and execute targeted campaigns to increase visibility of our services and trainings, using tools such as email marketing, landing pages, and basic analytics.
- Arrange speaking engagements, including approaching organizations to procure speaking engagements.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all public-facing content reflects the tone, values, and voice of the clinic.
- Administrative Support (as needed): Assist therapists with technical issues, provide clinic director with administrative support such as occasionally answering phones, debt collection, and reschedule appointments (less than 5% of the role). Assist with organizing promotional events, gathering content from team members, and coordinating logistics related to marketing efforts.
- Weekly Meeting: Meet virtually weekly with clinic director for updates and planning.
