Position Overview

We're looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and execute strategic online campaigns that amplify our brand, engage our audience, and convert traffic into measurable outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
- Develop and manage engaging content for websites, digital and social platforms.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and others.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize content for SEO and paid advertising.
- Manage Google Ads and social media ad campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) with clear ROI goals.
- Collaborate with design, operations, and content teams to support brand consistency and lead generation initiatives.
- Stay up to date with emerging digital trends and technologies
Success Indicators:
- Achieves target conversion rates across paid and organic campaigns.
- Delivers positive ROI on digital ad spending (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads).
- Reduces cost-per-click (CPC) and cost-per-acquisition (CPA) over time through optimization.
- Increases organic website traffic month over month through effective SEO strategies.
- Improves search engine rankings for targeted keywords.
- Enhances website engagement metrics: bounce rate, time on site, pages per session.
- Grows social media follower base and improves engagement rate (likes, shares, comments).
- Increases email open and click-through rates above industry benchmarks.
- Successfully executes and reports on email marketing campaigns with segmented targeting.
- Provides monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Tracks and attributes leads and conversions accurately via Google Analytics, CRM, or marketing automation tools.
- Implements and manages UTM tracking, A/B tests, and data-driven improvements.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams to align marketing with business goals.
- Launches at least one new campaign or channel initiative per quarter.
- Brings creative ideas to marketing meetings and demonstrates initiative in testing emerging trends or tools.
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or related field
- Certifications in digital tools/platforms are an asset (Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Blueprint)
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in a similar digital marketing role.
- Proven track record with SEO/SEM, PPC, Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, and email platforms
- Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or similar.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Proficiency with CMS tools, CRM systems, and graphic design basics is a plus.

Pay: $54,500.00-$70,000.00 per year
