We are currently seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital strategy and execution, and will help our clients achieve their business objectives by leveraging the latest digital marketing tools and tactics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across various channels, including email, social media, search engines, and websites.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads, etc.).
- Conduct SEO audits and implement strategies to improve clients' search rankings.
- Analyze website and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with content creators to ensure digital content aligns with broader communication goals.
- Manage email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
- Monitor digital trends and emerging technologies to ensure clients stay ahead of the curve.
- Provide clients with regular reports on campaign performance and recommend optimizations.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within a PR, communications, or marketing agency.
- Proficiency in digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.).
- Experience with email marketing platforms (MailChimp, HubSpot, Constant Contact, etc.).
- Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio) to track and measure performance.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with content management systems (WordPress, Drupal, etc.).
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) for creating marketing assets.
- Knowledge of public affairs, government relations, or corporate communications is a plus.
- Understanding of privacy and data protection regulations (GDPR, CASL).
