About the Role
As Marketing Manager, you will oversee and manage the full spectrum of marketing from digital campaigns and content strategy to retail activations, influencer programs, and brand development. You’ll be the driving force behind customer acquisition, brand awareness, product launches, and community engagement.
This role is ideal for a hands-on builder who thrives in fast-paced environments, has an eye for beauty trends and aesthetics, and understands how to connect with today’s audiences through digital storytelling, in-store experience, and data-backed strategy.
This is an in-office role based in Markham, Ontario.
Brand Marketing
- Develop and maintain the company’s brand identity, voice, and visual consistency across all channels
- Build brand equity through storytelling, positioning, and creative direction
- Lead campaign and seasonal concept development across product, retail, and ecommerce
- Manage brand guidelines and ensure alignment across all departments and touchpoints
Digital Marketing
- Develop and execute cross-channel digital strategies (SEM, SEO, display, paid social, programmatic)
- Manage performance marketing campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube, and other platforms
- Optimize paid ad performance to achieve ROAS, CAC, and traffic goals
- Oversee CRM/email strategies using tools like Klaviyo, driving segmentation, automation, and lifecycle marketing
Social Media & Community
- Lead organic content and social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms
- Work with designers, content creators, and influencers to maintain an engaging social presence
- Engage with followers and build brand community through interactive and trend-driven content
- Track engagement metrics and adjust strategies for growth
Influencer & Affiliate Marketing
- Identify, onboard, and manage influencer partnerships (micro, macro, and ambassador tiers)
- Build affiliate and creator programs to expand reach and credibility
- Coordinate campaigns with PR and influencer gifting strategies
- Track ROI and engagement of influencer collaborations
Content & Campaign Management
- Oversee content creation for product launches, campaigns, and seasonal activations
- Develop messaging frameworks and creative briefs for marketing assets
- Collaborate with design, ecommerce, and retail to ensure consistent execution of content across platforms
- Own the marketing calendar and synchronize digital, social, email, and retail campaigns
Retail & Experiential Marketing
- Partner with Retail and Merchandising teams on in-store marketing, promotions, signage, and displays
- Plan and execute retail events, pop-ups, and experiential activations
- Support store openings, exclusive collaborations, and customer-facing initiatives
- Align physical and digital experiences for a cohesive omnichannel brand presence
Analytics & Performance
- Define KPIs and track campaign performance across channels (traffic, CTR, conversion, ROAS, etc.)
- Generate weekly/monthly reports and insights to inform optimization
- Use tools like GA4, Looker Studio, Meta Ads Manager, Klaviyo, and internal dashboards
- Monitor customer trends, feedback, and competitor activity to inform future strategy
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Manage and mentor marketing team, freelancers, and agency partners
- Collaborate closely with Ecommerce, Retail Operations, and Buying teams
- Lead cross-functional planning for product launches, new store openings, and strategic initiatives
- Present strategy updates and campaign recaps to leadership
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive marketing experience, preferably in retail, beauty, fashion, or lifestyle
- Strong understanding of brand, digital, and performance marketing fundamentals
- Hands-on experience managing paid media, social content, CRM, and influencer programs
- Excellent storytelling, content planning, and creative direction skills
- Strong project management, communication, and analytical skills
- Proficient in marketing tools and platforms: Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, Klaviyo, Canva, or similar
- Passion for beauty, culture, and consumer experience with awareness of retail beauty trends and customer demographics
