Job Title: Yard Hand / Shop Assistant
Position Type: Full-Time | 8-hour shift.
Wage: $25/hr
We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking Yard Hand / Shop Assistant to join our team. This is a hands-on, physical role that supports multiple departments—perfect for someone who’s not afraid to get their hands dirty and is willing to pitch in wherever needed.
Role:
- Clean, grind, and prepare spare parts.
- Ability to lift and manage 50 pounds without assistance.
- Prep and paint components.
- Wash and detail equipment as required.
- Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory organization.
- Support the parts department with various tasks.
- Maintain a clean, organized shop and yard.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Valid Driver’s Licence.
- Willingness to help out across different departments.
- Comfortable working outdoors and in a shop environment.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Demonstrates commitment to safe work practices.
- Conducts business on behalf of Traxxon in a professional manner.
- First-Aid, Forklift, and other certifications considered an asset.
