- Utilize Microsoft Office and other software tools for data entry and documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Ensure adherence to company policies regarding cash handling when applicable.
- Demonstrate effective phone etiquette while communicating with clients.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or client support roles is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills.
- Experience in call center environments is advantageous.
- Ability to type efficiently while engaging with customers on calls or chats.
- Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
