Receptionist (Full-Time & Part-Time)

Synergy Kids is a fast-paced, fun, and client-focused environment where families of children with special needs receive high-quality therapy services. We are looking for both a full-time and a part-time Receptionist to join our growing team!
Key Responsibilities
- Greet families and clients with professionalism and warmth.
- Open and lock doors for each client arrival and departure.
- Answer and direct phone calls, responding to inquiries with care and efficiency.
- Use Jane.app to record attendance, book, move, and cancel client sessions.
- Use of Jane.app to register new clients.
- Action client requests promptly and accurately using Jane.app, email and phone communication.
- Use Microsoft Excel and Word for administrative tasks for example, populating spreadsheets.
- Maintain clear communication with the reception team through phone and email.
- Assist with facility tidying tasks including mopping, vacuuming, and organizing as needed.
- Administrative support such as filing, photocopying, collecting consent forms from clients.
- Check and respond to voicemails daily.
- Provide occasional child supervision support for clients in waiting areas.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Familiarity with Jane.app and Microsoft products, or willingness to learn.
- Resourceful and resilient when solving administrative challenges.
- Comfortable working with families of children with special needs.
- Physically able to assist with light cleaning and tidying tasks.
- Team player with strong collaboration skills—able to maintain clear and consistent communication between part-time and full-time staff.
Schedule & Availability
- Full-Time Role: Minimum of 4 shifts per week.
- Part-Time Role: Minimum of 2 shifts per week.
- All applicants must be available for at least one evening and one weekend shift per week.
- Synergy Kids is open Monday–Friday (8:45am–8:00pm) and Saturday–Sunday (8:45am–6:00pm).
- Flexibility in scheduling and start date available for the right candidate.
