We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

We are looking for a candidate who can work: Wednesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays & Sundays. Please do not apply if you can't make the above availability work.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Answer incoming calls using phone systems, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain an organized calendar for the office.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, typing, and proofreading documents.
- Maintain an orderly front desk area and ensure all office supplies are stocked.
- Assist with patient inquiries and provide information regarding services offered.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.
- Collaborate with dental staff to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a dental receptionist or in a similar front desk role is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Proficiency in office software and phone systems is essential.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Attention to detail in clerical tasks such as filing and proofreading documents.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
- A positive attitude and a professional appearance are crucial for this position.
