As the Teaching Offering Manager (TOM) for SAP’s Analytics and Data Science portfolio (approximately 80% of the role), you will lead the design, enhancement, and adoption of academic teaching offerings in this dynamic field. You will create, refine, and promote courses and materials that enable university students worldwide to build analytics and data science skills using SAP solutions. As the SAP University Alliances Country Manager for Canada (approximately 20% of the role), you will manage relationships with existing University Alliances member institutions and drive adoption of SAP’s academic teaching offerings across Canada, with additional support for North America

- ead 1–2 strategic projects to develop or expand innovative, data‑focused teaching offerings (e.g., on SAP Business Data Cloud), ensuring quality and on‑time delivery. C
- o-create educational programs with internal teams and external academic and industry partners. P
- lan and execute enablement, go‑to‑market, and adoption initiatives for offerings. M
- onitor market trends, product strategies, and competitor activities to inform roadmap decisions. D
- efine, measure, and report adoption and growth metrics across institutions and learners. D
- eliver compelling presentations and demonstrations to educators and stakeholders. O
- rganize and host events for the SAP University Alliances community in North America. M
- anage and grow relationships with SAP University Alliances members in Canada and onboard new institutions
This position is a full-time maternity leave stand-in role limited for 12 months.

- niversity degree (or comparable) – preferably with data analytics, and/or pedagogical focus E
- xcellent project management and organizational skills. S
- trong stakeholder management skills and ability to build productive partnerships – willingness and ability to work in international settings. G

- nowledge of SAP’s analytics/data science solution product portfolio – SAP analytics/data science related certification is an advantage. E
- xcellent English language skills – French skills in addition are an advantage. A
- ptitude and willingness to understand and shape system and academic curriculum requirements that can be transitioned into scalable teaching offerings. I
- nterest and proven aptitude in using artificial intelligence to increase productivity of own work (e.g. generative AI, automation of workflows). F
- irst experiences in academic teaching or curriculum design and delivery are an advantage (e.g. through working as a tutor or teaching assistant). S
- olid understanding of or first work experience in sales/marketing are an advantage

SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 69,800 - 152,300 (CAD) CAD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount, and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
