The Department of Computing Science (http://www.tru.ca/science/programs/compsci.html) is seeking to hire a highly qualified individual for one (1) one-year limited-term position at the rank of Assistant Teaching Professor.
The candidate should be able to teach a wide variety of undergraduate courses and supervise student research and projects.
Qualifications:
The successful candidate holds a master’s degree in computing science, or a closely related discipline is the minimum required. Ph.D. in Computing Science is preferred.
The ability to teach undergraduate students is required.
Prior university-level teaching experience in Computer Science and potential for excellence in teaching.
Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required.
