Receptionist Wanted (Part-Time, Strathmore Spa)
Hours: 17–24 hours/week
Schedule: Every second Saturday required + a few weekday evenings until 7:30 pm
About the role
Join our busy, boutique spa as the first face clients see. You’ll work in a welcoming, upbeat environment, guiding clients through booking, products, and spa amenities with confidence and a warm smile.
✨ What We’re Looking For
- Outgoing, personable, and comfortable in front‑of‑house interactions
- Skilled in sales and client education—ready to share the expertise behind our spa services
- Willing and able to complete Smart Tan certification (we provide training—it’s required due to our tanning bed)
- Reliable availability—must be available every second Saturday and some weekday evenings
Duties Include
- Greeting and checking in clients with friendly ease
- Managing appointments and phone/email bookings using our software
- Processing payments and issuing accurate invoices
- Promoting services, retail products, and client value safely and knowledgeably
- Maintaining a neat reception area and supporting spa operations quietly behind the scenes
- Supporting team communications and client flow throughout the day
