Nanua & Ioffe Lawyers is seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and route them to the appropriate parties.
- Respond to general inquiries via phone and email.
- Greet clients and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression
- Manage daily meeting requests, including boardroom and zoom bookings.
- Order and maintain office supplies as necessary.
- Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
- Assist in opening and closing client files.
- Support basic housekeeping tasks to keep the office organized.
- Perform additional administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of reception experience required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
