Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer incoming phone calls, take messages, and direct inquiries as needed
- Schedule and manage appointments and maintain office calendar
- Perform clerical duties including filing, scanning, and data entry
- Handle emails and correspondence in a timely and organized way
- Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area
- Provide support to other team members and management as needed
- Requirements
- 1+ year of receptionist or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and behavior

Pay: $45,000.00-$48,000.00 per year
