About You:

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the loading, unloading, and setup of materials and equipment on job sites
- Support solar panel and racking system installations under supervision
- Maintain clean, organized job sites
- Follow all safety procedures, especially while working at heights
- Perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor conditions
Job Requirements:
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site
- Punctual, dependable, and able to follow instructions
- Comfortable working at heights and outdoors in various weather conditions
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials
- A strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
- Previous construction or roofing experience is a plus, but not required
