Burlington based contractor (one man) seeking a self employed, self motivated and entrepreneurial type individual for assistance in small removable pool enclosure business.
This role will be suited to those currently involved in residential swimming pools, or other residential construction related fields, products or services. (fences/decks, power washing, outdoor blinds, gazebos, etc, etc.)
This role will be for those looking to either collaborate in complimentary fields as per above, or for those looking to transition into something different, with the opportunity to grow the business, add products/services, as well as management roles and eventual buyout opportunity.
This business has been operating for ten years, has good Google reviews, is BBB accredited, but needs a small team to take it to the next level. Business operations generally begin in March, and continue, with some exceptions, through to September, with peak season being May to July
- Candidates will have suitable truck, van or trailer, and be willing to travel the greater GTA and beyond. (Ride sharing available)
- Proof of business insurance and WSIB.
- Initial tasks would be assistance in all aspects of installation, with growth opportunity in other areas from there.
- Expectations are to commit to specific installation dates based on customer requirements.
- A typical installation is 4-7 hours for one man, plus travel. (much quicker for two) Applicants will be able bodied enough for hot outdoor weather work as well as travel.
- Pay to be hourly at first, with profit sharing/commission after that. (To be discussed)
- I may be able to provide extra work in residential garage door installation as well for anyone interested.
- Please research removable pool/safety fences for greater clarity on current product line.
