Task
- Responsible for Shift Control of the day-to-day restaurant operations which entails delivering upon exceptional quality, service and cleanliness
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
What we’re looking for:
. Someone with 1+ years of food service experience
· Someone who is friendly, responsible and has an enthusiastic attitude
· Someone that loves to help and serve others (both customers and team members)
· Someone who wants to be a leader and enjoys leading others
· Someone who is coachable, always willing to learn and works hard
· Someone who can problem solve
