Iyycburg sagehill location is seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Leader to join our dynamic team. The Shift Leader will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff members. This position requires strong leadership skills, the ability to handle cash transactions, and a background in the food or hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering high-quality service and fostering a positive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the establishment during assigned shifts.
- Ensure that all staff members adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
- Manage cash handling procedures, including processing transactions accurately and maintaining cash drawers.
- Assist in training new employees on operational standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and quality control.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, following health and safety regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Foster a positive team environment by motivating staff and promoting teamwork.
Skills
- Proven experience in cash handling and financial transactions.
- Strong background in bartending or food service within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Leadership abilities to guide and inspire team members effectively.
