Position Summary
As a Timekeeper at Lorneville, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely preparation and processing of various payroll groups, interpreting collective agreements in various jurisdictions, and customer reporting while meeting client deadlines.
Based at our client site in Saint John, NB. Starting on day shift for training, and then switching to night shift.

Skills, Knowledge, and Attributes Required:
- Payroll experience, preferably in the construction industry
- Knowledge and experience working with unionized payroll
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines
- Good communication, interpersonal skills and team building skills at all levels
- Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities as required
- Demonstrated success in contributing to a high-performing team
- Ability to perform with integrity in a fast-paced, high-energy, demanding role
- Displays original thinking and creativity. Meets challenges with resourcefulness, generates suggestions for improving work, and develops innovative approaches and ideas
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
