Job Summary
Smugglers is seeking a dedicated and motivated Shift Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations during their shift while providing exceptional customer service and leading the team effectively. This position requires strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to manage various tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the team to ensure efficiency and high-quality service.
- Provide training and support to staff in food handling, food preparation, and customer service best practices.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food service operations.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system and manage cash handling procedures.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Assist in inventory management, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration among staff.
Skills
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in supervising team members.

Pay: $16.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 32 per week
