Summary
We are seeking a Service Coordinator to join our team at Calgary Overhead Door Ltd. to cover a maternity leave. This position is for 14 months, with the ability to become a permanent position. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing service requests and coordinating installations, contributing to our mission of providing exceptional customer service and quality products. This position is vital for maintaining our reputation as a trusted provider in the overhead door industry.
Responsibilities
- Answer phones and respond to email in a timely manner.
- Coordinate service requests and schedule installations for residential and commercial clients.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
- Perform data entry and clerical tasks.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
