Please note this will be to cover a Maternity Leave 1 year contract

Qualifications:
· 1-3 years experience in recruitment/talent acquisition
· Experience in human resources considered an asset
· Construction industry experience considered an asset
· Experience working with applicant tracking systems
· Knowledge of Ontario and Canadian recruitment legislation
· Knowledge of website platforms considered an asset
· Proven ability to maintain sensitive and highly confidential information
· Excellent written and oral communication
· Strong attention to detail
· Ability to multi-task without compromising on quality
· Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
· Dependable and punctual
· Intermediate computer literacy (including proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word)
Responsibilities:
- Source, invite, and attract candidates for all active roles
- Conduct initial screening, interviews, and reference checks
- Develop job postings and descriptions for roles
- Collaborate with divisions to build job profiles and determine requirements
- Track all applicants on internal software
- Schedule interviews in person and over digital formats
- Be the recruitment marketing specialist
- Attend trade shows, job fairs, and other industry specific events
- Assist with wage and salary analysis
- Draft offer packages
- Provide administrative support to HR
- Provide marketing support as required

Hours: 40 hours per week
Language: Able to speak, read and write English with technical skills
