The Boss Kitchen & Bar is looking for a friendly, reliable, and guest-focused Server to join our front-of-house team. This role offers up to 5 shifts based on performance and scheduling needs. What You’ll Bring:
- Previous serving experience in a high-volume or full-service restaurant
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- A warm, positive attitude with a team-first mindset
- Confidence in handling POS systems, taking orders, and managing guest needs efficiently
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient service to all guests
- Collaborate with hosts, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth flow of service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of your section and service areas
- Handle payments accurately and follow all service procedures
