Job Title: Expo (Food Expeditor) – Full-Time & Part-Time

Position Overview:
We’re looking for organized, detail-oriented, and fast-paced individuals to join our kitchen team as Expos (Food Expeditors). The Expo role is the link between our kitchen and front-of-house, ensuring dishes leave the pass perfectly plated, accurately prepared, and on time.
What You’ll Do:
- Ensure all food leaving the kitchen meets presentation and quality standards
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth order flow
- Communicate clearly and effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Keep the pass organized, stocked, and clean throughout the shift
- Assist with side duties as needed to keep service running efficiently
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous restaurant or expo experience is an asset, but not required – we will train the right candidate
- Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced setting
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- A team-first mindset and a positive attitude
Details:
- Wage: $17 – $22/hour based on experience and performance
- Shifts start between 1:00pm – 5:00pm
- Flexible schedule – both full-time and part-time positions available
