Carlson Construction Group is seeking a Safety Manager with experience in Land, Marine, Subcontracts, or Mechanical disciplines to join our dynamic team in North Vancouver. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring the safety and success of exciting upcoming projects—including major marine terminals, bridge foundations, and large-scale infrastructure upgrades that will shape the future of BC’s coastline and communities.

- Willingness to work shifts and travel outside the Lower Mainland.
- Occupational First Aid Level 3 (or willingness to obtain).
- Experience with BCCSA’s C.O.R. program and auditing.
- High ethical standards and sound judgment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
