We are a growing oilfield service company committed to safety, performance, and supporting our team both in the office and in the field. We're currently looking for a reliable and proactive HR & Safety Coordinator to join our team and handle both roles efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain safety compliance programs (ISN, ComplyWorks, etc.)
- Monitor, update, and maintain employee training records and certifications
- Provide HR support: onboarding, documentation, time sheets, policy enforcement, etc.
- Conduct regular site visits and safety inspections
- Respond promptly to incidents and assist with investigations and reporting
- Maintain accurate documentation using Excel and other computer tools
- Be available by phone when incidents occur – we need someone dependable
Requirements:
- Must have oilfield experience and a clear understanding of field operations and safety requirements
- Strong working knowledge of ISN, ComplyWorks, and industry safety compliance practices
- Solid experience with Microsoft Excel and general computer applications
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to field locations
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with field and office staff
- Previous HR and/or safety coordination experience strongly preferred

Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
