- Lead recruitment efforts including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Administer employee programs such as health & safety, benefits, training, and engagement initiatives
- Support employee relations by managing investigations, conflict resolution, and progressive discipline processes
- Maintain compliance with employment laws and regulations (ESA, OHSA, etc.)
- Coordinate performance management processes, including reviews and development plans
- Maintain accurate and confidential HR records, and documentation.
- Foster a positive workplace culture through communication, feedback, and support
- Participate in policy development and continuous improvement of HR processes

Pay: $31.00-$36.00 per hour
