Job Title: Human Resource (HR) Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Human Resource Manager to oversee all aspects of HR practices and processes. As a key member of the leadership team, the HR Manager will be responsible for developing HR strategies, managing employee relations, recruiting top talent, ensuring legal compliance, and fostering a positive workplace culture.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the full HR function including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and company objectives.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and staff on HR issues, conflict resolution, and performance improvement.
  • Manage talent acquisition efforts, including job postings, interviews, and hiring processes.
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives to support employee growth and engagement.
  • Monitor workplace morale and develop initiatives to boost retention and satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Conduct internal investigations and handle disciplinary actions when necessary.
  • Prepare HR reports and analyze key metrics such as turnover, hiring trends, and engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or HR certification preferred).
  • 3–5+ years of experience in human resources management.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and organizational development.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in HR software systems (e.g., ADP, Paychex, BambooHR) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilities.

Preferred Certifications:

  • SHRM-CP / SHRM-SCP or PHR / SPHR certification
