Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Strata Manager / property Service coordinator to oversee the daily operations of our residential and commercial properties.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
As a Strata Manager / Service coordinator, you will be responsible for the relationship management with our strata council clients, handle day-to-day operational, maintenance, administrative, and financial management for the properties within your portfolio.
Assistance to rental property manager if needs, it includes coordinating repairs and maintenance for the properties. This involves identifying issues, hiring contractors, and overseeing the work and reply email.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strata Management License in BC
- Real Estate/Property Management experience with a minimum of 2 year direct experience in Strata Management
- A clear understanding of the rules and regulations of the Real Estate Services Act
- Competence and confidence with all aspects pertaining to Strata Councils, AGM's and SGM's
- knowledge of financial and budget reviews, and insurance policies relating to strata corporations.
- Managing a portfolio of residential strata complexes.
- Prioritizing and conducting the business and projects generated by the portfolio in a timely manner.
- Managing projects, emergencies, contracts and contractors as generated by the portfolio in a timely manner.
- Creating meeting agendas, conducting meetings (some evening meetings required), and following up with accurate minutes.
- Administering financial matters of the portfolio including budgeting, analyzing expenses, and reviewing and coding invoices.
- Assistant Rental property manager for their tenant requirement and repair service arrangement.

Pay: $48,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
