As we expand our team for the upcoming season, we’re seeking skilled, motivated Property Maintenance Technicians to help us maintain the appearance and functionality of our clients’ properties.

Position Overview:

As a Property Maintenance Technician, you’ll be responsible for a variety of tasks, including Spring & Fall Cleanups, Interior/Exterior Window Cleaning, Eavestrough Cleaning, Power Washing/House Washing, and Painting. You’ll work with a dynamic team, provide excellent customer service, and ensure properties are well-maintained throughout the year.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform seasonal tasks such as leaf removal, lawn preparation, trimming, and garden bed cleaning to get properties ready for spring or winter.

Clean both interior and exterior windows to a high standard, ensuring a streak-free, sparkling finish. Safely use ladders or equipment for high-rise window cleaning as needed.

Clean Eavestroughs and downspouts to ensure proper drainage and prevent water damage to properties. Safely use ladders and other equipment to reach high areas.

Operate power washers to clean a variety of surfaces including driveways, decks, fences, house exteriors, and patios. Remove dirt, grime, algae, and mildew to restore the appearance of buildings and outdoor areas.

Assist with exterior and interior painting projects, ensuring a clean and professional finish. This includes prepping surfaces, applying paint, and ensuring high-quality results.

Clear snow from driveways, walkways, and entryways using shovels, snow blowers, or plows. Ensure safe and effective snow removal, especially during winter storms.

Perform general maintenance and property upkeep tasks as needed, providing support for other team members and addressing client requests.

Skills and Qualifications:

Previous experience in property maintenance, landscaping, or a related field is preferred but not required. We are happy to provide on-the-job training!

Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, climbing ladders, and working in various weather conditions.

Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, with a focus on thoroughness and quality.

Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude. Able to communicate effectively with clients and address any concerns or questions.

Knowledge of and commitment to safety practices, especially when using ladders, power equipment, and cleaning chemicals.
