Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Strata Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential properties. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and a comprehensive understanding of Strata Property Management. This role requires effective communication, administrative capabilities, and the ability to build positive relationships with tenants and stakeholders.
We will also consider an entry level individual to train while they take the appropriate education to be Licensed in BC as a Strata Manager.
Duties
- Manage Council, Owner, Tenant, and Vendor relations, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Coordinate repairs with vendors and contractors on behalf of Strata Councils.
- Maintain accurate records of property operations.
- Perform administrative tasks such as letter writing, producing agendas, typing minutes, emails, typing up bylaws and rules, data entry, filing, copying, scanning, phone calls, in person meetings, zoom meetings, and maintaining organized office records.
- Our office hours are Monday to Friday, however, some evening work, or even a few hours on a weekend will be required to facilitate Council meetings, and Annual General or Special General Meetings.
- Efficiently schedule tasks and successfully meet deadlines.
- Running errands, or meeting a contractor, or attending an on-site Strata meeting, the successful applicant will require their own transportation and a valid BC drivers license.
- Work well in a team environment, assisting each other where needed, and effectively working on your own. No task is too small, and no one is above helping others.
Experience
- Proven experience in Strata Property Management or a related field is preferred.
- Strong administrative skills with proficiency in office software applications such as Word and Excel.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building relationships.
- Ability to effectively negotiate contracts and agreements.
- Strong phone etiquette for professional communication with Council, Owners, Tenants and Vendors.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills for managing multiple tasks efficiently.
This is a very multi-tasked environment, where every day is different, and at times can be overwhelming. However, working well within the team, we all pull together to support each other where necessary. There will also be lots of paperwork involved and researching on a daily basis.

Wage is dependent on experience, Licensing, and if Licensed, the size of the portfolio managed.

Pay: $18.50-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 – 40 per week
