Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our new and quickly growing company providing strata corporations with depreciation reports and inspection services. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our small company, ensuring smooth client communication (95% emails), project scheduling tracking and submittal tracking. This position requires an outgoing personality, strong customer service skills, attention to details in spreadsheets and reports, and proficiency in general office management tasks.
As we are a new and quickly expanding company, any experience in public relations management or HR management would be an additional asset to our team. The successful candidate must have a private office setting where they can work up to 8 hrs per day (ie home office) and able to manage their own flexible hours that promotes an enjoyable work / life balance.
Responsibilities
- Manage project tracking, project data input and financial tracking sheets.
- Send clients weekly and monthly project email reminders
- Review and improve upon report templates, company templates, company website formatting etc..
- Schedule site inspections and maintain an organized calendar for the office.
- Assist with billing, financial tracking and invoicing.
- Provide excellent and timely customer support by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Perform additional administrative tasks as needed to support the team.
- Participate in bi-weekly team phone calls

- Attention to detail, review and check word reports, documents, excel spreadsheets etc..

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
