Scanner/Jr. Strata Accounts Payable Clerk

We are one of the largest property management companies in Western Canada and are currently looking to hire a full time Scanner/Jr. Accounts Payable Clerk to join our busy Downtown Vancouver office.

Job Responsibilities:

• Input invoices into our AP system;
• Ensures the efficient operating of the A/P department by successfully take direction and complete work within a timely manner;
• Ensures effective interpersonal Communications/Relations with Supervisors, Strata Agents and fellow colleagues;
• Maintain good relationship with vendors/suppliers;
• Conducts business at all times with the highest standards of personal, professional and ethical conduct.

Education & Experience:

• Knowledge of property management;
• Some experience with Accounting

Knowledge & Skills:

• Excellent Microsoft Office and keyboarding skills (ability to type a minimum of 50 wpm);
• Exceptional prioritizing and time management skills;
• Outstanding customer service skills;
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment;
• Fluency in English.
