Overview
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented HR and Admin Officer to manage the daily human resources and administrative tasks of the company. This role includes supporting recruitment activities, managing employee records, handling office administration, leave tracking, invoice follow-ups, and ensuring organizational efficiency.
Human Resources Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the scheduling of interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Assist in the recruitment process: job posting, resume screening, shortlisting, and offer roll-out.
- Maintain employee and contractor records (physical and digital) ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Manage employee and contractor leave records: track leave balances, approvals, and ensure proper documentation.
- Maintain HR databases and regularly update employee information.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Support payroll processing with attendance, leave, and other HR data.
- Help organize employee engagement activities, training, and performance review processes.
- Ensure HR operations are compliant with local labor laws and internal policies.
Administrative Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily administrative operations including office supply management, vendor coordination, and facility upkeep.
- Track and process vendor and operational invoices, ensure timely approvals and payments in coordination with the accounts team.
- Maintain proper documentation of contracts, company assets, and administrative records.
- Coordinate travel, hotel bookings, and logistics for staff and guests.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and office maintenance standards.
- Support audits and inspections related to HR and administrative areas.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $44,669.52-$60,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
