Your Responsibilities
- Deliver consistent, high-quality cleaning services across:
- Residential: recurring maintenance, deep cleans, move-outs
- Commercial: offices, showrooms, professional spaces
- Post-Construction: new builds, renovations, final cleans
- Follow BrightSpace checklists and brand standards
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team leads
- Arrive on time, dressed appropriately, and ready to deliver great service
What You Need
- A valid driver’s license and your own vehicle
- Your own basic cleaning supplies and equipment (we offer reimbursement for eligible jobs)
- A clean background check or willingness to obtain one
- General liability insurance or willingness to obtain (we can assist)
- Physically able to perform cleaning tasks (bending, lifting, on-your-feet work)
- Fluent in English (French is a bonus)
- Experience is a bonus — a great attitude is a must
Compensation & Schedule
- Pay: Starting at $24/hour, with increases based on job type and performance
- Reimbursement: For supply-intensive or specialty cleans
- Bonuses: $50–$500/month based on consistency and client feedback
- Hours: 6 to 40+ per week, depending on your availability
- Pay frequency: Biweekly
This is a contractor position. You’ll be responsible for your own taxes and eligible for expense deductions.How to Apply
