Your Key Responsibilities
- Expertly execute all phases of residential construction, including framing, drywall, finishing, and more
- Lead by example, supporting subcontractors and ensuring work is completed to the highest standards
- Tackle challenges head-on with innovative solutions
- Maintain impeccable safety and site protocol standards
- Contribute positively to a high-performance team culture built on quality and professionalism
What You Bring to the Table
- At least 10+ years of exceptional, hands-on experience in residential construction
- Extensive knowledge of the Ontario Building Code and advanced construction techniques
- A meticulous eye for detail and craftsmanship that stands out
- Consistent work pace, efficiency, and a commitment to quality
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude
- Own basic tools and reliable transportation
- Uncompromising integrity and professionalism
What We Offer
- Top-tier pay: $35.00 – $40.00 per hour (or more for those at the top of their game) — we pay premium for elite talent
