We are seeking a full-time Receptionist who is customer-focused, with a strong attention to detail and wants to be an integral part of an outstanding team. Who wants to immerse themselves in the day-to-day of the dealership with the opportunity to grow, should they wish.

Role and Responsibilities:
- Greet clients in a friendly and courteous manner, and direct them appropriately
- Stock incoming and outgoing vehicles
- Answer and forward telephone calls
- Record and relay information
- Send invoices, and perform other clerical duties such as filing and sorting
- Update client information in a variety of systems
Qualifications:
- Outgoing personality, excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Read, write and speak English
- Working knowledge of Windows, Excel
- Familiarity with general office equipment and email
- Excellent problem-solving skills and commitment to continuous learning
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Critical thinking, and ability to share ideas on ways to improve our customers’ experience
- Proper business attire
- Automotive experience is an asset
