Receptionist – Be the Heart of Our Office!
Hamilton, ON | $18–$20/hr | Full-Time, Permanent

What You’ll Do:
- Greet visitors & answer a busy phone system
- Manage mail, couriers & office supplies
- Book meetings, arrange travel & process expenses
- Keep the office on track & support events
- Be the go-to person for IT & facilities
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of reception/admin experience
- Microsoft Office savvy
- A people-first, multitasking superstar
- Bonus: bookkeeping, multilingual, or CRM experience
