Front Desk & Client Interaction
- Greet clients warmly and create a welcoming, calming environment.
- Check-in and check-out clients for massage and wellness appointments.
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle walk-in inquiries.
- Provide detailed information about services, therapists, and pricing.
Appointment Scheduling
- Book, confirm, reschedule, and cancel appointments using scheduling software.
- Manage therapist availability and room scheduling to ensure smooth flow.
- Send reminders to clients (via text, email, or calls).
Client Records & Intake
- Collect and update client intake forms and medical history as needed.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of client records.

- Maintain confidentiality of all client information (HIPAA compliance if applicable).
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of client records.
Payments & Transactions
- Direct billing to various providers .
- Process payments (cash, credit, gift cards, memberships).
- Handle daily cash register balancing and end-of-day reporting.
- Upsell services, packages, and retail products when appropriate.
Administrative Support
- Maintain a clean and organized reception and waiting area.
- Coordinate with massage therapists and wellness practitioners for smooth operations.
- Order and stock front desk supplies and refreshments for clients.
- Assist with marketing efforts such as email campaigns, and social media content
- Handle daily cash register balancing and end-of-day reporting.
- Upsell services, packages, and retail products when appropriate.
Administrative Support

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00-$20.00 per hour
