meloo Salon is currently seeking an ambitious Part-time receptionist to join our dynamic growing team. We are committed to offering each employee an extensive educational experience and exciting opportunities. Must be available to work evenings and Saturdays.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Welcoming and greeting clients
- Booking appointments
-Answering the phone in a professional and courteous manner
- Addressing customer queries, questions and complaints
- Handling cash, debit and credit card transactions
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Maintain front reception area, including cleaning and stocking shelves
- Maintain a positive attitude
-Social Media experience considered an asset
The successful candidate must be friendly, energetic, and willing to take initiative.
