We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Salon Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional support to our salon staff and ensure a welcoming environment for our clients. This role involves a variety of administrative and customer service tasks that contribute to the overall efficiency of the salon.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain the salon calendar.
- Handle phone an email system, ensuring effective communication with clients and staff.
- Perform data entry, including client information updates and appointment records.
- Maintain an organized filing system for client records and salon documents.
- Assist with inventory management, including ordering supplies and tracking stock levels.
- Support the front desk operations by managing customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service.
- Utilize software tools such as Fresha, Google, and other relevant applications
- Perform salon cleaning tasks
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to support clients effectively.
- Effective phone etiquette for handling the phone and customer interactions.
- Strong computer skills with experience in data entry and administrative tasks.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for filing and record keeping.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred
