We are also building new and improved rapid transit, including GO Expansion, Light Rail Transit routes, and major expansions to Toronto’s subway system, to get people where they need to go, better, faster and easier. Our Property Acquisitions Division within the Capital Projects Group is seeking a Realty and Legal Liaison to oversee real estate and/or legal transaction submissions from Capital Project Teams, for accuracy and timely completion and provides recommendations and advice on transactional issues to mitigate key risks related o significant capital projects.
