UPHAUS, the parent company of Rent it Furnished Inc. is seeking an entrepreneurial, growth oriented and forward thinking Licensed Managing Broker for an investment real estate brand focused on providing full service solutions (Sales, Tenant Placement and Property Management) to residential property investors in Vancouver.
The right candidate has proven experience in successfully managing a licensed brokerage, building & sustaining great sales teams and supporting busy agents in their sales activities. This is a fast paced environment where technology compliments a small but high performing sales team in a specialized service offering.

Uphaus is the parent company under which Rent it Furnished has established itself as the leading provider of Luxury Rental Properties and Full Property Management Services across Canada. Under our new brand, the company will launch it's investment real estate trading division to compliment our current service offerings and support our new and existing clients with the purchase and sale of rental property. With locations in Vancouver, Toronto, and Montreal, our company has been rapidly expanding both organically and through acquisition since 2009 and currently represents over 4500 luxury rentals.

Compensation:
Competitive Salary plus Revenue Share & Bonuses for Growth.
