Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Operator to join our team, responsible for operating Lee Boy 8500 and 8515 Asphalt Spreaders. The ideal candidate will possess a strong knowledge in paver operation and experience in parking Lot and Small scale Road Projects . This role requires a commitment to safety, efficiency, and quality workmanship.
Responsibilities
- Operate mid sized Asphalt Spreader to complete construction tasks.
- Perform some Labour including shoveling and Raking.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate project activities and timelines.
- Follow all safety guidelines and regulations while operating machinery on-site.
Skills
- Strong equipment knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot issues.
- Experience in Asphalt Paving and finishing techniques.
- Proficient in heavy equipment operation,
- Commercial driving experience is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment while maintaining individual responsibilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
