General Labourer – Asphalt Paving

Lakeside Paving is currently hiring General Labourers to join our hardworking and reliable crew for the paving season. We specialize in high-quality asphalt work across Kelowna and surrounding areas.
Experience is an asset, but not required — we’re willing to train motivated individuals with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with asphalt paving jobs
- Shoveling, raking, and spreading asphalt
- General site cleanup and material handling
- Operate small equipment such as plate compactors and saws
- Follow all safety protocols and directions from supervisors
- Perform other labour duties as required
Requirements:
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in varying weather
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team
- Steel-toe boots and basic PPE required
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
