We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team!
This role involves serving both technicians and retail customers, ordering parts, and managing inventory.
You'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring accurate orders, and maintaining a clean work area.
Duties
- Serving internal and external customers, identifying and sourcing parts, managing inventory and ordering supplies.
- Also providing parts quotes and service estimates, processing orders and payments, and providing some technical assistance to customers.
Requirements
Strong customer service skills, working knowledge of automotive systems, good communication skills, and ability to use computer software.
Skills
- Proficient in cashiering practices with experience in retail sales preferred.
- Strong phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone effectively.
- Knowledge of sales techniques and dealership operations is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers quickly.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
