What is the Role?
ColdFront requires a Parts Counter Person/Technician responsible for providing a high level of customer service to both our internal and external customers. This individual will contribute to our business model by providing the necessary support to the Service Department team; front counter/order desk, warehouse and back counter as well as directly supporting customers; both new and repeat business.
Responsibilities
- Procure parts and supplies as needed, ensuring timely delivery to meet operational demands.
- Manage inventory levels, including sourcing and demand planning to optimize stock availability.
- Utilize internal systems for tracking parts and maintenance schedules.
- Perform data entry tasks related to inventory management and procurement processes.
- Collaborate with various departments regarding parts as necessary for specific applications.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous industry experience or dealership/automotive environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of supply chain processes and effective sourcing strategies.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail for accurate record keeping.
- Familiarity with transport refrigeration systems is a plus but not required.
- Ability to operate forklifts; certification is preferred but training can be provided.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.

Pay: $24.00-$30.00 per hour
