The Toronto branch is seeking a driven, hard-working individual to join our team in the position of :
PARTS COUNTER PERSON
JOB SUMMARY
- Manages parts inquiries over the counter, by phone or e-mail in a timely and courteous manner
- Provides product expertise and relevant parts recommendations to customers
- Prepares and follow-up on parts quotations, customer orders and all relevant reports

QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience or knowledge specific to the heavy duty diesel engine industry or related field would be an asset
- Proficient computer skills
- The ability to link product knowledge to customer needs
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills with an ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- A positive, self-motivated, team player with attention to detail
- Technical knowledge specific to heavy equipment engines would be an asset
WORKING CONDITIONS
Salary : Starting at 20$-28$ per hour, depending on experience
